Not much to report....

A bit sad on the allotment front.... courgettes failing miserably, ( a new set will have to be grown :(...), weeds attacking big time, weather has been foul, so I've not been able to get back yet..... 

  

On the plus side though, the beetroot 'plugs' are doing O.K, and I've left the covers off of them now, so I hope the pigeons don't eat them....                                                                                                               

                                                                         

 Spuds seem to be coming up and fighting their way through the weeds..

                                                                     

          And a few carrots seem to be venturing out.....

      

 and also a little ladybird wandered through...that did put a smile on  my face, I have to say....

                                                              

Sadly, the weather seems to be against me at the moment, but my greenhouse is holding some lovely dwarf French beans, (ready to plant out almost)

Well, today the sun is out, and I'm going to try and venture down today or tomorrow to continue to fight back against the weeds!!...................
